Building Bundles With PDO on Solaris

Although NSBundles now work in PDO 4.2 on Solaris, due to a makefile problem in the prerelease bundles don't build properly (an error occurs when linking).  This problem can be fixed by updating bundle.make (in /NextDeveloper/Makefiles/pb_makefiles) and libtool (in /NextDeveloper/bin).
